چکیده
The balance between pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokine expression is essential for an efficient immune response the regulation of cancer development progression. This study analyzed genetic variation in IL-1?, IL-6 IL-10 genes possible associations with colorectal (CRC) liver metastases (CRLM). We examined mRNA three gene variants: IL-1? (rs1143627), (rs1800872) (rs1800795), 198 CRC, 65 CRLM patients 230 controls. Carriers C/T genotype (rs1143627) have increased risk developing CRC CRLM. T/T carriers a higher incidence. For (rs1800872), harboring C/A lower occurrence. C/C heightens development. Overall survival analysis showed that worse overall patients. It can be concluded interleukin variants used as biomarkers to detect predict clinical outcomes prognostic factors

The frequency of interleukin-10 (IL-10) polymorphisms in patients with peptic ulcer and chronic gastritis
ABSTRACT Introduction: Peptic ulcer is a common problem in medicine with serious impacts on the quality of life of patients. It has been shown that Helicobacter pylori infection is related with inflammatory responses of gastric mucosa. However, some patients remain asymptomatic. Sustained colonization and chronic inflammation increase the risk of gastritis and peptic ulcer. The a...

a:4:{s:10:"Background";s:504:"While the etiology of PCOS has continued to remain a mystery, there can be found some evidence in support of the presence of chronic low-grade inflammation in women with this syndrome. One of the most significant manifestations of chronic inflammation is Pro-inflammatory cytokines. Therefore, the aim of this prospective study was to investigate the pattern of proinfla...

Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of concurrent training on pre-inflammatory (IL-1β, TNF-α) and anti-inflammatory (IL-10) cytokines gene expression in women with type2 diabetes. Methods: 18-patients (age30-38, >130 glycemic index) were selected, randomly, and divided into control (n=6) the concurrent training(diabetes, n=6) and the concurrent training (healthy...

Background: IL-10 is an anti-inflammatory cytokine which is involved in tumorigenesis. Over production of IL-10 and elevated number of IL-10 generating mononuclear cells in breast tumor tissue has already been shown. Objective: To determine the association of IL-10 promoter polymorphisms with increased risk of breast cancer and its association with breast cancer prognostic factors. Methods: Per...
متن کاملClinical response to non-surgical periodontal treatment in patients with interleukin-6 and interleukin-10 polymorphisms
BACKGROUND Genetic polymorphisms are commonly associated with altered transcriptional activity and possibly make individuals more susceptible to periodontal disease development, increased disease severity and poor treatment outcome. The study aimed to determine the effect of Interleukin-6 (IL-6) -572 G/C (rs1800796) and IL-10 -592 C/A (rs1800872) polymorphisms on the outcomes of non-surgical pe...
